The OttoFleet Management System (OFMS) or "myOttoFleet", is a simple tracking and reporting solution developed for individuals and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) businesses using iPhone, iPad (with WiFi + 3G) or PERSENTECH's OttoView-CVS42 devices while mobile, and who need to:

  • Have the ability for someone to know where they are throughout the day as a measure of safety and accountability.
  • Autonomously generate and collect trip information in the form of a 'paper-less' vehicle-use diary that can be used for claiming vehicle expenses.
  • Prepare monthly vehicle-use reports easily.

The myOttoFleet solution is simple, easy-to-use and affordable.  It does not require a sophisticated device that is professionally installed in your vehicle and it does not require a long-term service contract commitment.

All you need is the OttoFleet Mobile App on your iPhone (and a data plan) or iPad (WiFi + 3G with assisted GPS and a data plan) device and a pay-as-you-go subscription to the myOttoFleet tracking and reporting service.

Once installed and configured, the OttoFleet Mobile app will communicate with the myOttoFleet web server and will keep track of where you and your device are, and the information relating to your mobility. Mobility can be anything - walking, running, cycling or driving - but the application and service benefits you most when you use it while driving and provides you with access to trip information that can be used as evidence to support your claims for vehicle-use for business purposes.
